I stumbled upon hatha yoga in 2008 at an ashram near my home in Jaipur (India) as an accessible way to stay fit. However, it didn’t take me long to recognize its holistic impact on my emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Ever since, practicing yoga has become an integral part of my life. It's that center that brings me exactly what I need - be it joy, calm, peace, patience, acceptance, honesty, strength or courage. I teach yoga to share the benefits of the practice with the people around me. Currently my practice and my teaching style is vinyasa flow based on mindfulness, body awareness and self-inquiry. 

 

I am a RYT-500 Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. I did a 200 hour training with Barefoot Yoga (Oakland) in 2019, and a 300 hour training with Mark Stephens in 2023. I continue to attend workshops and read books to deepen my knowledge about the practice.
